This nautical spyglass is made of brass with an antique finish. The telescope, when fully extended, is about 15" long. It comes with nautical, wooden box. The box has brass plaque with "Captain's Telescope" engraved on it. The telescope is modeled after older style scopes. To focus the telescope, you need to fully extend the body, and then slowly contract and expand the eyepiece portion only. The telescope will make a great pirate accessory.
