The obverse features a map of Asia, Australia and Oceania, the global positioning system coordinates of Tokelau, an effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II designed by Ian Rank-Broadley, a star highlighting the geographical area of Tokelau, a stylized flower and stylized compass numbering, along with the inscriptions: “Elizabeth II, - Tokelau, Terra 2020, 5 Dollars”.

The reverse depicts a map of Europe, Americas and Africa. The global positioning system coordinates of Bratislava (city in Slovakia, Europe, were the Pressburg Mint is located).
