These .999 2020 $1 Silver Eagles were minted at the Philadelphia facility as an emergency issue to keep up with demand while the West Point and San Francisco mints were closed due to Covid-19. These Emergency Production Silver Eagles have a low mintage of only 240,000 (total 2020 U.S. Silver Eagle mintage is estimated at a total of 30,000,000). Each coin has an excellent strike and great original mint luster.
