It blends well with almost every other essential oil. Lavender oil is one of the most valuable oil for skin care and reduce the appearance of skin imperfections. SORE MUSCLES: Take a lavender bath with Epsom salts to soothe muscles
ACNE: Lavender is one of the most valuable oils for the treatment of acne. It helps to rebalance the over-secretion of sebum which reduces scarring.
FATIGUE: Add 5 drops of Lavender oil to a hot foot bath and relax while your feet soak in it. The soles of the feet are very porous, so lavender reaches your bloodstreams very quickly.
SINUSITIS: Add two drops of lavender & thyme oil to a bowl of steaming water and inhale slowly and deeply, with a towel over your head.
SLEEP WELL: To help to induce sleep, put 3 or 4 drops of lavender oil on your pillow.
