Many wooden 3D puzzles are stamped out of weak balsa wood sheets and the result is easily broken pieces that don't fit together precisely.  We use computer-controlled lasers to cut our puzzle pieces out of durable MDF composite wood so that the pieces will fit snugly and precisely and never break. 

We guarantee the quality of our puzzles: if a puzzle piece breaks, contact RD Custom Woodshop and we will send you a replacement puzzle piece.

Puzzle comes disassembled for maximum purchaser enjoyment.  Wood glue is not required for assembly. Due to various factors including ambient humidity and temperature, puzzle fit may vary slightly and minimal amounts of sanding or gluing may be occasionally required for a perfect fit.
