완성 된 연은 약 15 x 15 x 15 인치 (H x W x D)

The Pitsco 23626 Tissue Paper KaZoon Kite Kit provides students in grades 3-12 a hands-on activity to build a four-cell tetrahedral kite that demonstrates the scientific concepts of aerodynamics, lift, equilibrium, and Newton's laws of motion, and it includes straws and tissue paper for building a kite. The kit includes kite tissue paper, straws, kite string, glue sticks, binder clips, a kite pattern, and instructions. The 20 x 30-inch kite tissue paper is thicker than regular tissue paper for constructing balloons, kites, and parachutes. The included kite pattern helps students to create the kite tetrahedrons. The kite project combines experiments in lift, balance, and other principles of flight with geometric concepts of angles and congruency, and it reinforces engineering, technology, and math concepts as students build and fly tetrahedral kites. A finished kite measures approximately 15 x 15 x 15 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) A kite kit is typically used in an educational setting to demonstrate aerodynamics and geometry.

Construction requires scissors and a ruler (both sold separately).

Science education products incorporate applied math and science principles into classroom and homeschool-based projects. Teachers in pre-K, elementary, and secondary classrooms use science education kits and products alongside science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curriculum to demonstrate STEM concepts and real-world applications through hands-on activities. Science education projects include a broad range of activities, such as practical experiments in engineering, aeronautics, robotics, energy, chemistry, physics, biology, and geology.

Pitsco Education develops K-12 science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curriculum, educational kits, and classroom tools. The company, founded in 1971, is headquartered in Pittsburg, KS.
